About  Chambers Gelbvieh Cattle & Beef

A Family Farm Built on Hard Work, Early Mornings, and Gelbvieh Beef

Chambers Gelbvieh Cattle & Beef is a family farm in Stoneville, North Carolina, built on hard work, early mornings, and a deep respect for the land and livestock in our care. Our family has called Stoneville home for many years, and what began as a small dream has grown into a farm we are proud to share.

My wife and I have raised our two children here, teaching them the same values I was taught: take care of your animals, take care of your neighbors, respect the land, and take pride in doing things the right way. Around here, those values are lived every day — in the early mornings, the long evenings, the fence lines we maintain, the pastures we care for, and the cattle we raise.

On our farm, quality is a promise. We raise our Gelbvieh cattle with care, giving them open pasture, clean water, and a low-stress environment where they can thrive. Animal care comes first, family values guide every decision, and quality beef is the result.

For us, this is not just a business — it is a way of life. It is watching our kids grow up bottle-feeding calves, learning responsibility, and understanding the value of honest work. It is knowing the beef we sell comes from a place of integrity, care, and pride.

We are grateful for every family who chooses to support local agriculture and trusts us to help feed the people they love.
