A deposit is required to reserve your half side of beef. Once your deposit has been received, you will be sent a cut sheet to complete.
The cut sheet allows you to choose how you would like your beef processed, including:
Steak thickness
Roast sizes
Ground beef package sizes
Bone-in or boneless options
Soup bones and other specialty cuts
Additional cutting and packaging preferences
You do not need to know all of your cutting instructions when placing your deposit. The cut sheet will guide you through the available options so you can customize your order before processing.
